With spring season underway, we have planned a few softball community events for our players and their families.  Please mark the calendar and purchase your Renegades tickets for June 14 to kick-off the summer! 

Friday, April 26 at 7:00 pm - Cheer on the Staples Varsity Girls Softball team at Green Farms Elementary field. Pizza and drinks will be served.  Wear your team jersey! 

Thursday, May 16 at 4:00 pm - Westport Little League Softball Day at the Staples Varsity Softball game.  Wear your team jersey! More details to come (no Westport softball games scheduled that day to allow all our players to attend) 

Friday, June 14 at 7:00 pm - Westport Little League Softball night at Hudson Valley Renegades vs. Brooklyn Cyclones (minor league baseball).  Fireworks show immediately after the game! Softball players should wear their team jersey - we have arranged for them to greet the players in the "High Five Tunnel".

Registration is now closed for the Spring 2024 season of Westport Little League Softball.

Weekly clinics (practices) start April 8 and the season runs to June 8/9. Team jersey/socks will be provided. Mandatory player equipment outlined below for each level.  

Spring 2024 weekly clinic and game schedules:

T-Ball (pre-K): Sundays, 4-5pm @ Town Hall Fields
Beginning 4/28/24.  Cost - $160

Instructional (grades K-1): Tuesdays, 4:30 - 5:30pm @ Town Hall Fields
Beginning 4/9/24. Weekly Saturday morning games at 9 am.  Cost - $370

AA (grades 2-3): Mondays, 4:30 - 5:30pm @ Town Hall Fields
Beginning 4/8/24. Weekly Saturday afternoon games.  Cost $370

AAA (grades 4-5): Wednesdays, 5-6:30pm @ Town Hall Fields 
Beginning 4/10/24. Games twice per week. Usually one weekday M/T/Th at 6 pm and one Saturday game.  Cost $385

Majors (grades 6-7): Tuesdays, 5-6:30pm @ Meyer Field
Beginning 4/9/24. Games twice per week. Usually one weekday M/W/Th at 6 pm and one Saturday game. Cost $385

Equipment/Clothing Requirements

T-Ball (Pre-K): Bat, glove, face shield, batting helmet (with cage), sneakers (Team jerseys/socks will be provided)

Instructional (Grade K-1): Bat, glove, face shield, batting helmet (with cage), sneakers (Team jerseys/socks will be provided)

AA (Grade 2-3): Bat, glove, face shield, batting helmet (with cage), cleats, grey softball pants (Team jersey/socks will be provided)

AAA (Grade 4-5): Bat, glove, face shield, batting helmet (with cage), cleats, grey softball pants, batting gloves recommended but not required (Team jersey/socks will be provided)

Majors (Grade6-7): Bat, glove, face shield, batting helmet (with cage), cleats, grey softball pants, batting gloves recommended but not required (Team jersey/socks will be provided)
